Jack Moore Award
Jack Moore Award is a
lifetime achievement award, named after our
first President, recognizing longstanding
efforts on behalf of the organization in
working with both student leaders and
advisors as well as serving CADA statewide.
2008 CADA Jack Moore Award Recipient:
J. Peter Cahn
has been around this organization for a long time serving as Area Coordinator,
Conference Coordinator, State Board Member serving in all of the President positions
and currently is the Legislative Advocate and State Executive for CASL and NASC. He
works CADA Leadership Camps and you can often find him in Sacramento working on a bill
in California (stay tuned, one is on its way), flying to New York to see his son,
hanging out in Palm Springs or just enjoying his family in Woodland. Peter is more
unassuming than he lets on and actually does know what he is talking about...really. He has
become a fixture in the CADA organization and knows his legislation.
