CADA Affiliates, Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Advertisers have a variety of opportunities to expose your business to thousands of student activities directors, administrators and student leaders. Below are a few sponsorship / advertising opportunities available from CADA / CASL:

CADA Affiliate Membership

Any individual or company may become an Affiliate member of CADA if they provide goods, services, assemblies, entertainment, fund-raising programs, directly to students through the school sites and the activity programs; and agrees to do business in accordance with CADA’s Code of Ethics.

Benefits of Membership:

• Access to decision makers/purchasers in CADA member schools
• Permission to use the CADA/CASL designation on all literature
• Access to CADA members’ names and addresses
• Privilege of exhibiting at CADA’s annual state convention
• All publications of the CADA organization
• Listing in the CADA Membership Directory
• Opportunity to advertise in the CADA Membership Directory and

other CADA publications
• Opportunity to become a CADA Medallion Sponsor

CADA Medallion Sponsorship Program

The sponsorship program is a three year commitment.

Bronze Sponsorship ($1,000/year)
• Business Card size ad in the Membership Directory.

• Claim to level of sponsorship (i.e. "CADA Bronze Sponsor").

• Name and sponsorship designation in CADA/CASL newsletters, Directory, and other CADA publications.

• Priority selection of State Convention booth site location with 3 reps per booth.

• Recognition of Sponsorship at State Convention's General Assembly.

• Sponsorship recognition plaque and/or ribbon.

•Acknowledgement on the CADA Website.

Copper Sponsorship ($5,000/year)
All of the above benefits PLUS

• Complimentary membership dues.

• 50 % discount on a booth at State Convention with 4 reps per booth.

• One-half page Ad in Directory (in place of Business card).

• 10% discount on Newsletter advertising.

• Invitation to VIP Luncheon at Annual Convention.

• Two sets of CADA mailing labels per year.

• Two complimentary Friday night tickets to Dinner Dance at the Annual Convention.

• One Article generated by the sponsor in a newsletter during the 3-year commitment highlighting company

Silver Sponsorship ($10,000/year)
All of the above benefits PLUS

• One complimentary booth at the CADA State Convention with 5 reps per booth.

• Complimentary full page ad in the Directory ( in place of 1/2 page ad).

• CADA mailing labels (4 sets per year).

• Opportunity to sponsor a spotlight event at all CADA Area Conferences

Gold Sponsorship ($20,000/year)
All of the above benefits PLUS

• Banner at the Annual State Convention.

• Total of two complimentary exhibit booths at the Annual State Convention with 6 reps per booth.

• Sponsorship designation on Event Programs at all CADA/CASL sponsored conferences.

• Exposure of local sponsor representatives at Area Conferences.

Conferences

Platinum Sponsorship ($30,000/year)
All of the above benefits PLUS

• Name and Sponsorship designation on Event Programs at Area Conferences, CASL conferences and Leadership Camps.

• Total of three exhibit booths at the Annual State Convention with 7 reps per booth.

• Banner at Annual State Convention, Area Conferences, Leadership Camps, CASL Conferences, and State Convention.

• One permanent complimentary business card sized ad in the CADA newsletter.

• One article per year generated by the sponsor in the CADA newsletter that highlights the sponsor.

• Choice of one publicized spotlight event at the Annual State Convention: Wed. Reception, Thurs. Reception, Fri. Dinner/Dance, Sat. Luncheon..

CADA’s Membership Directory is a 200-page book, which lists all CADA Affiliate Members by Company Specialty, as well as CADA’s Activities Directors. It is mailed to all Members and is CADA’s version of the “yellow pages” for Activities Directors across the State.
