Area G (San Diego, Imperial)

Area G is made up of two counties: San Diego and Imperial. We host two student conferences (North County San Diego and South County San Diego) to reach more of our area schools. We also offer a couple of Advisor Conferences each year. We offer a New Advisor Conference geared towards advisors in their first five years (held in the Fall) and another Full Advisor Conference (held in the Winter) for all Advisors. Our council is always available to assist you.

Join us for the Area G North Student Conference on November 9, 2026 at Classical Academy High School in Escondido! This conference is intended for Middle and High School students across Area G, serving communities throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties.This action-packed day includes many amazing workshops, a dynamic keynote speaker, a Meet the Pros session, advisor workshops, a lunch dance, and (yes!) lunch is included! It’s a high-energy, inspiring, and unforgettable opportunity to build leadership skills, connect with students from across the region, and leave ready to make a difference at your school. Don’t miss it—Area G is bringing the energy!

CADA has gone paperless with our registrations! You can register online and register with a credit card or check. Check payment needs to be received weeks prior to the event. NO POs. For check payment you will select “Sending Check” on the payment options. All attendees must register online before sending payment. 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, complete the cancellation request form. If you are canceling your entire registration prior to two weeks before the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you are reducing your attendee count by 5 or fewer students/advisors CADA will give a full refund, for those delegates. Any more than 5 attendees will be at the discretion of the event organizer for the amount refunded. There are NO refunds given after the refund cutoff date.

What if I can’t pay in time for an event? If paying after the event, submit a Credit Card Guarantee Form before the event date. Cards are held securely for up to 30 days before processing. We will not run the card and will attempt to communicate before running it. Should you not respond and/or we have not received payment after 30 days, then we will charge the card. Payment or a credit card guarantee will be expected to attend the event. We do not take POs or copies of checks. 

Switching payment methods: If you initially selected to pay by check but would prefer to use a credit card or CALCARD, you can change your payment method at any time. Simply call us with your payment details or log in to your account to process the payment online. We’re happy to accommodate your preferred payment option.

Join us for the Area G Advisor Conference on January 27, 2027 at Mira Mesa High School! This conference is geared to ALL Advisors and will include various presentations (different from our Coffee Chats!) from experienced advisors throughout San Diego County. It will be another incredible opportunity to build your advisor skills, connect with colleagues from across the region, and leave ready to make a difference at your school. Lunch is included.
