CADA has gone paperless with our registrations! You can register online and register with a credit card or check. Check payment needs to be received weeks prior to the event. NO POs. For check payment you will select “Sending Check” on the payment options. All attendees must register online before sending payment.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, complete the cancellation request form. If you are canceling your entire registration prior to two weeks before the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you are reducing your attendee count by 5 or fewer students/advisors CADA will give a full refund, for those delegates. Any more than 5 attendees will be at the discretion of the event organizer for the amount refunded. There are NO refunds given after the refund cutoff date.
What if I can’t pay in time for an event? If paying after the event, submit a Credit Card Guarantee Form before the event date. Cards are held securely for up to 30 days before processing. We will not run the card and will attempt to communicate before running it. Should you not respond and/or we have not received payment after 30 days, then we will charge the card. Payment or a credit card guarantee will be expected to attend the event. We do not take POs or copies of checks.
Switching payment methods: If you initially selected to pay by check but would prefer to use a credit card or CALCARD, you can change your payment method at any time. Simply call us with your payment details or log in to your account to process the payment online. We’re happy to accommodate your preferred payment option.
