Area E (Los Angeles)

Area E is made up of just Los Angeles County alone, the only Area to boast a single county. One of our most exciting conferences is our STARS (Students Targeted at Reaching Success) Conference held each February. It is for students who are potential leaders, but may be leading the ‘wrong’ way. We have seen many students really inspired over the years and hope that many lives have been changed. Los Angeles Region Advisor Conference – Hosted by Area E

We are looking forward to presenting the Los Angeles County Advisor Conference Hosted by Area E for the 2026-2027 school year. Your registration will include breakfast, snacks, ideas to get the year started, and breakout sessions. We will also provide time for networking with your colleagues.

CADA has gone paperless with our registrations! You can register online and register with a credit card or check. Check payment needs to be received weeks prior to the event. NO POs. For check payment you will select “Sending Check” on the payment options. All attendees must register online before sending payment. 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, complete the cancellation request form. If you are canceling your entire registration prior to two weeks before the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you are reducing your attendee count by 5 or fewer students/advisors CADA will give a full refund, for those delegates. Any more than 5 attendees will be at the discretion of the event organizer for the amount refunded. There are NO refunds given after the refund cutoff date.

What if I can’t pay in time for an event? If paying after the event, submit a Credit Card Guarantee Form before the event date. Cards are held securely for up to 30 days before processing. We will not run the card and will attempt to communicate before running it. Should you not respond and/or we have not received payment after 30 days, then we will charge the card. Payment or a credit card guarantee will be expected to attend the event. We do not take POs or copies of checks. 

Switching payment methods: If you initially selected to pay by check but would prefer to use a credit card or CALCARD, you can change your payment method at any time. Simply call us with your payment details or log in to your account to process the payment online. We’re happy to accommodate your preferred payment option.

Los Angeles Region Student Conference – Hosted by Area E

Location: Pasadena Convention Center
Time: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Registration Start Time: 7:30 AM

Our Student Conference will include 3 workshops and 1 Keynote Speaker presentation.  Workshops will be presented by CADA leadership throughout California, student leaders from Area E, and CASL State Board members. We will have over 15 workshops for your students to choose from. Lunch and entertainment provided by SOS will also be provided. You won’t want your students to miss out on this student conference!
